We’re excited to announce that Jason Necessary has been promoted to Division Manager at FSGC (Foundation Specialties Geostructural Construction). With a strong track record of leadership and a deep passion for construction, Jason is excited to help lead FSGC into its next phase of growth.
Jason joined FSGC in 2017, bringing years of experience and a mindset focused on continuous improvement. A fourth-generation civil construction professional, Jason grew up in Northwest Arkansas surrounded by the work of his grandfather — sidewalks, streets, and buildings that sparked a lifelong passion for building. That sense of pride and purpose has carried into every role he’s taken on since.
Known for his authenticity, drive, and commitment to people, Jason leads with a clear focus: delivering exceptional results while building strong, lasting relationships. “The next thing is always on my mind,” Jason shared. “Finishing the task at hand, learning from it, and doing it better next time is what fuels me every day.”
In his new role, Jason will oversee operations and strategic growth for FSGC — a geostructural solutions company. With more than 40 years of regional success behind it, FSGC is now expanding its services and reach. Jason’s leadership will be key in helping the company continue to grow.
“I’m excited to have Jason step into this role at FSGC. His commitment to excellence and ability to lead through growth make him a natural fit. On a personal note, I have great memories from the 1970s working as an ARDOT project inspector alongside Jason’s great-grandfather and grandfather — both of whom showed the same integrity, craftsmanship, and collaborative spirit. You could always count on their work to be top-tier,” says Paul Gintonio, FSGC C.O.O.
Originally from Rogers, Arkansas, Jason and his wife started dating in high school and are now raising their two children, ages 14 and 10, in the same community they grew up in. When he’s not leading teams or managing projects, he enjoys golfing, hiking, camping, and supporting his kids at horse riding and baseball events.
Please join us in congratulating Jason on this exciting new chapter. We’re proud to have him at the helm as we continue to build the future of FSGC.
