Meet The Team

Paul Gintonio, C.O.O.

A founding member of FSGC in 1989. A seasoned expert in concrete and foundation systems. Paul began working in the construction industry at 16 and later moved to Fayetteville, AR, where he continued to expand his experience running the family business.

Paul is a member of ADSC and DFI and helped bring micropile technology into the business with his passion for being technology forward. Paul has a strong understanding of geostructural engineering and is a go-to resource for many engineers and contractors.

Nehal Patel, P.E., V.P. Business Development

Nehal focuses on being the primary point of contact with key industry partners including general contractors, engineers, and manufacturers. Nehal works with all partners to collaborate on projects early in the design stage to develop comprehensive, design-build solutions that reduce risk and lead to a successful project.

Nehal’s background as both a structural engineer and a manufacturer’s representative have helped him to be both a well versed technical professional and a helpful face for anyone needing to understand how geostructures work and determine if a certain application makes sense for their project.

Drake Streeter, G.S. Project Manager

Drake’s primary role includes managing project estimates, overseeing labor management, and handling project execution from start to finish.  Drake has been with the company since early 2024.

Jeff Wynant, G.S. Superintendent

Jeff is responsible for managing the field staff and coordinating the day-to-day needs of various projects.  Jeff has been with the company since 2022 and enjoys learning about new equipment and methods in the construction industry.

How Do They Work?

We look forward to the opportunity to meet your team and share our expertise in a lunch & learn format where we can deliver a seminar on any topic as it pertains to our field. 

Our briefings are approximately 45-60 minutes in length (depending on the number of questions).

Foundation Specialties will supply food and/or snacks for the attendees of these sessions and if interested, will provide a certificate for 1 PDH for any Professional Engineers on staff who attend these sessions.
